I am SO excited to share with you guys my finds from the new Model & Co. Line with Karl Lagerfeld – which is now being carried at Nordstrom. We are headed out to Zoobilation this evening, a gala in Indianapolis that takes place every year at the Zoo and is black tie. I’m using everything I talk about in this post for tonight’s look and I cannot wait to share it with you guys!

A little bit about the line:

“The collection features over 50 innovative beauty products for face, eyes, and lips, which combine high-quality formulas with technical packaging and a playful artistic aesthetic,” said Shelley Sullivan, the Founder and CEO of ModelCo. AKA the best kept supermodel makeup secrets packaged with utility and technology in mind. The actual applicators for most of these products were designed with the  on-the-go-girl in mind and I can’t say I’m complaining.

1. The first product I HAD to share was this Lipstick in the most gorgeous mauve color. The very first product concept in this line apparently was Lip Lights, a gorgeous high-shine lip gloss that features a Karl Lagerfeld head silhouette on the applicator. In addition, there’s a mirror along the side and light that turns on as you open the Lipstick for the ultimate wow factor. Pretty genius if you ask me and perfect for application after the sun goes down.
2.  The Strobing Pen – This pen is enriched with superfine, easy-to-blend liquid shimmer particles that capture and reflect light. A built-in brush applicator allows for precision application and intensity-controlled illumination to add radiance just where you want it. The self-filling brush tip can be used to brighten the inner corners of the eyes and target the cupid’s bow to make lips appear full and lush. Also run along the center of the nose for a sunlit contour.
3. Saving the best for last. Not sure if you guys remember, but about a month ago at #RStheCon, I found this amazing glitter liner via one of the beauty bloggers who was in attendance, and when checking out this new line, I found a similar product, and one that you will be OBSESSED with. Insert the Glitter/Eyeliner Duo in gold or silver. One end features a buildable, metallic block pigment for definition and illumination, and the other features a microfine, nonsticky glitter shimmer gel. It can be layered over your eyeshadow or worn on its own to define and add dimension to the eyes. The precise, thin-tipped brush makes it easy to create fine, glittery lines.
