Let’s chat prolon (use code TINX20 to save 20%), I feel like I couldn’t really give you a good viewpoint of exactly what I felt until I took a few days out from like, the whole experience, because I do feel like you start feeling better even after and it kind of promotes like you wanting to keep up with that type of lifestyle because you do feel so good.
I’m kind of in that place right now where I’m like, okay, like I can maintain some of these healthy, like decisions, especially if I feel this good, like better sleep, better energy, it was not as hard as I thought it was going to be.
So I had been at the same rate for like 4.5 months at this point working out 3 to 5 times a week, it just wasn’t going anywhere, even like cutting alcohol out, so I wanted to do this fast to see one that I could do it into like what it would do for me.
And it’s a very reasonable fast, I feel like a lot of people would find it not that hard to do, especially if you’ve done one before, this was my first time, so I was a little shell shocked, but once you kind of get over that and like day four and five I felt so good, but then day six I felt even better waking up, I was just like, I still feel good, so I lost like 45 pounds, so pound a day ish on average.
And overall it was a good experience, but if you guys have any other questions, I think my only, like downside of it was a variety, like I was like, I do not want to eat this exact same thing every single day, but I did.
Another thing I like about it is you can actually do this fast again.
I mean not right back to back, but I know people that do this like once a quarter. I could see myself doing this probably once a year, every january when I’m like trying to get healthier in the new year.
But it really kind of just, I feel like more whittles your waist and your stomach where you carry, I don’t know, as a postpartum mama, that’s what I needed.
